Builders & Trade Partners
Plan the golf room.
Alongside the home.
For builders, contractors, architects, and designers: a local simulator partner who works with your team, from the first idea to the homeowner’s first round.
Discuss a Builder ProjectA partner to your project
One team. One homeowner’s vision.
The golf room should feel like part of the home. We bring simulator expertise to your project, working alongside the people responsible for its design and construction to create a space the homeowner enjoys living with and playing in.
Your team leads the home.
You maintain the relationship, construction schedule, and coordination of the build. We work within that structure, respect each professional’s role, and agree on responsibilities before the work begins.
We focus on the simulator.
We help define the equipment, room layout, and simulator requirements, then coordinate our installation with your team. The homeowner’s goals, the room’s design, and the system’s day-to-day use guide the decisions.
Bring us in during design
More room to get it right.
Early conversations give everyone more flexibility. Before dimensions, framing, and electrical plans are settled, we can help the team consider the details that make a golf room work well within the home.
Space & clearances
Consider room proportions, ceiling height, swing clearance, screen layout, and who will use the system while there is still room to adjust the design.
Equipment & connections
Plan launch monitor and projector placement, then coordinate power, data, cable paths, and equipment access with the appropriate trades.
Finishes & everyday use
Bring the screen, playing surface, padding, lighting, and finishes into the room’s design, with the homeowner’s other uses for the space in mind.
Working together
Clear roles. A coordinated plan.
We adapt our involvement to the stage and scope of your project.
Share the vision
Start with the homeowner’s idea, a sketch, or existing plans. We discuss the intended experience, available space, budget, and project schedule.
Coordinate the design
We recommend an equipment combination and work through the simulator layout and requirements with your team before room decisions are finalized.
Prepare the room
The builder and trades carry out the construction and specialist work. We stay available to coordinate simulator details and installation readiness.
Install & hand over
Once the room is ready, we install and set up the simulator, walk the homeowner through using it, and remain a local contact for support.
Before we coordinate
A few details for your team
When should you bring us into the project?
As soon as a golf simulator is part of the conversation. An idea is enough; plans are welcome when you have them. Involving us during design gives the team more options for the room’s dimensions, equipment, and finishes. If the room is already designed or built, we can review the space and work through what is possible.
Who manages the construction and trades?
The builder continues to manage the construction project and its trades. We provide the simulator requirements and coordinate our part of the work within the agreed schedule and scope. Our role is to support the team in delivering the homeowner’s vision.
Does the homeowner need to choose a package first?
No. Foundation, Signature, and Heritage are coordinated equipment sets with flexibility to adjust components up or down. Every installation is designed for the room, and a Custom System gives us another way to find the right combination for the homeowner’s goals and budget.
