Start with your idea
An idea is enough to begin. We discuss how you want to play, your priorities, and your budget. If you already have a room, photos, dimensions, or plans can help us explore what fits.
Shape the system
We recommend a package or custom configuration, plan the layout, and define the equipment and service scope with you.
Prepare & install
We coordinate any work needed to prepare the room, from an electrician’s visit to a builder-led renovation. Then we install the simulator equipment, set up software, and calibrate the system.
Play & stay supported
We walk you through using your system and stay your local point of contact. An annual care plan is available for ongoing maintenance.
Allow around a week for simulator installation once the room is fully prepared and equipment is available. Room construction, renovation, and new-home schedules are separate. We’ll confirm the timing for your project.

Some spaces are ready for a simulator. Others need building work. We match the people and planning to the project.
Existing room installation
For a finished room with suitable space and only minor preparation. We install the simulator and coordinate any individual trades needed, such as an electrician. A builder or architect may not be needed.
Renovation
For a space that needs construction work, such as changes to framing or layout. We coordinate the simulator requirements with your contractor and trades, and can recommend local professionals.
New build
For a simulator planned as part of a new home. We work with your builder, architect, and trades as appropriate, so room dimensions, power, connections, and finishes are considered early.
We welcome your existing builder and subcontractors. Fairway + Forge handles the simulator system; construction and specialist trade work remain with the appropriate professionals.
After the first round

You’ll have a local point of contact after installation. We help diagnose problems, work with equipment manufacturers when needed, and coordinate on-site service.
Our annual care plan includes hitting-strip replacement, updates and checks for your installed software, screen tensioning, and hardware cleaning.
Software licenses and subscriptions remain specific to your system. We’ll explain the care plan and service scope before you enroll.
